Hotel guests and non-residents can relax inside in the air-conditioned bar lounge area, sip on a drink or savour some of the appetizing items on the snack bar menu, or move outdoor to the bar terrace and absorb the sweet cacophony produced by the harbour’s activity down the road.
On a summer day, guests can sit on the pool deck, read a book, and occasionally lift the gaze long enough to watch the channel ferries shuttling back and forth between Cirkewwa and Mgarr Harbour. Cool refreshments and light snacks are served poolside throughout the day.
The Comino watchtower, the silhouette of Malta’s northern coast and Fort Chambray form a suggestive frame around the shimmering Mediterranean Sea.
Il Migiarro
Our main Restaurant is renowned for its Mediterranean and Italian Cuisine. Patrons can either dine à la carte, or choose from the daily changing Set Menu for only € 29.50 per person (starter/main/dessert). Buffet dinner is available on some nights the winter. In the summer, Il-Migiarro is closed for dinner when Mediterranean Breeze is open (schedule below).

Bar & Terrace
It offers cocktails, a wide selection of drinks, a fine selection of local wine and our popular gâteaux. It is the perfect place to have a drink and relax, for both hotel guests and our local clientele. On selected nights, catch all the action and watch live sport on the 2 televisions in the bar.

Mediterranean Breeze BBQ Buffet
There is no debate about the best place to be at sundown! It is at the hotel’s rooftop barbecue buffet restaurant. The Mediterranean Breeze, scorched during the day, is pleasant in the evening.
Here one has yet a different perspective of the stunning views enjoyed from the hotel – open June to September.

Level Nine Fine Dining Restaurant
George Attard is a Maltese chef originally from Gozo, with a high-profile culinary career both locally and internationally. He has developed his skills working in prestigious 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, including “The Kitchin” in Edinburgh and “Cail Bruich” in Glasgow, where he helped secure a Michelin star.
In Malta, he worked at Bahia restaurant, holding its Michelin star for two years in a row. Previously the Sous-Chef at Fernandõ Gastrotheque, George is known for his dedication to culinary excellence.
From 2025, he will become the Head Chef at Level Nine restaurant in Gozo, bringing his experience and passion for fine dining to this new gastronomic venture.
