On a summer day, guests can sit on the pool deck, read a book, and occasionally lift the gaze long enough to watch the channel ferries shuttling back and forth between Cirkewwa and Mgarr Harbour. Cool refreshments and light snacks are served poolside throughout the day.<\/p>\n

In Malta, he worked at Bahia restaurant, holding its Michelin star for two years in a row. Previously the Sous-Chef at Fernand\u00f5 Gastrotheque, George is known for his dedication to culinary excellence.<\/p>\n

From 2025, he will become the Head Chef at Level Nine restaurant in Gozo, bringing his experience and passion for fine dining to this new gastronomic venture.<\/p>\n
